Changing your operating system.
You can change your os and the software installed when an os reload is performed. After clicking os reload you will have a link to edit the software on the system. From this link you will be able to change the OS, Control Panel, Antivirus packages as well as database software.
How can I track the status of my os reload?
Under Hardware in the management portal there is a notes section for each server you have. The notes section will populate with links during an os reload with information pertaining to the current step it is on as well as estimated time to finish that portion of the reload.
