The billing address and payment information on any SoftLayer customer account may be changed at any time. We recommend verifying this information periodically to ensure it is always up to date and, if the card associated with the account is no longer a valid payment option, it should be changed to a valid card immediately. Invoices may be viewed and downloaded at any time within the Customer Portal. Monthly payments are automatically charged on the billing anniversary to the credit card on file. If you would like to make a one-time payment (full or partial) using either a PayPal account or a major credit card that is not the default card associated with the account, refer to Make a One-Time Payment.
