Can I change my billing address and/or payment information?

The billing address and payment information on any SoftLayer customer account may be changed at any time. We recommend verifying this information periodically to ensure it is always up to date and, if the card associated with the account is no longer a valid payment option, it should be changed to a valid card immediately. Refer to Add a Payment Method for more information on updating an account's billing address and payment information.

Can I make a one-time payment on my account?

One-time payments may be made at any time through the Customer Portal. Please note, one-time payments impact only the current balance and do not change the payment information currently on file. For more information on making a one-time payment, refer to Make a One-Time Payment.

How do I look up and/or pay my next upcoming invoice through the SoftLayer Portal?

Invoices may be viewed and downloaded at any time within the Customer Portal. Monthly payments are automatically charged on the billing anniversary to the credit card on file. If you would like to make a one-time payment (full or partial) using either a PayPal account or a major credit card that is not the default card associated with the account, refer to Make a One-Time Payment.

May I look up my past invoices through the Customer Portal?

Past invoices are saved on the Customer Portal and may be referenced at any time. Refer to View an Invoice for more information on accessing invoices associated with a SoftLayer account.
