The Cancellation Requests screen displays all completed and pending cancellations associated with an account. From this screen, cancellations and their associated tickets may be viewed. If a service or solution hasn't been canceled yet, the cancellation may be voided. Follow the steps below to access the Cancellation Requests screen.
Access the Cancellation Requests Screen
- Access the Customer Portal using your unique credentials.
- Select Account > Sales > Cancellations from the navigation bar to access the Cancellation Requests screen.
What Happens Next
View cancellations, cancellation tickets and void pending cancellations at any time from the Cancellation Requests screen. If a service or solution has already been canceled, the "void cancellation" option will not be present.
