Resolve Errors Connecting to SSL VPN

If you are getting errors connecting to SSL VPN, check the following:

1. Internet Explorer Browser Only (check for updates)
2. Check your time/date/time zone/dst on your PC
3. Must accept and install Active X applet
4. Turn off PopUp blockers - may block Active X applet
5. Check Personal Firewalls - allow Active X
6. Allow Internet Explorer caching - in IE (tools/Internet options/settings)
7. Check for proper credentials and SSL permissions in customer portal
8. Try a system reboot

Once properly connected an "A" will appear in the systray.
