When an transfer error associated with a Secondary DNS Zone occurs, it is reported within the Customer Portal and may be viewed at any time. Follow the steps below to view all error messages associated with a Secondary DNS Zone.
View Secondary DNS Zone Errors
- Access the Secondary DNS Zones screen on the Customer Portal. Refer to Access the DNS Zones Screen.
- Click the link in the Errors column for the desired Zone to view the errors.
Note: The link in the Errors columns displays the number of errors that occurred over the last 24 hour period, and may show a number or errors or the verbiage No errors.
- Click the Close button when finished viewing errors.
What Happens Next
After viewing errors, they may be viewed again at any time by repeating the steps above. Errors may not be deleted or hidden from view.
