Certificate of Deletion

 

  • Once a ticket is created it will get assigned to the appropriate Data Center for which the work will be done.
  • Once the proper Data Center receives the ticket, they will begin the process
    • Tickets will be worked on as time allows.
      • Verification of server and pull out the HDD(s)
      • Once approved my management the HDD(s) will be sent to our disposal vendor to be destroyed (drilled press, crushed or shredded) where we will obtain a Certificate of destruction.
      • The Certificate of Destruction will be sent per request to show verification that the request was carried out.​
  • ​The total cost of this procedure will be:
    • Cost of the HDD (full market value)
    • $150 Administration Fee (price subject to change)
