In the Customer Portal, a User Profile contains a variety of data about the user, including contact information, the API key and is the location in which passwords are stored. Additionally, those with administrative access have ability to change permissions and device access from the Profile. Follow the steps below to access the User Profile.
Access the User Profile
- Access the Users screen in the Customer Portal. Refer to Access the Users Screen.
- Click the desired username to access the associated User Profile.
What Happens Next
Within the User Profile, contact information and passwords may be managed, API keys may be viewed and additional permissions and device access may be updated (based on permissions of the user accessing the Profile). To access another User Profile, repeat the steps above.
