The SoftLayer Legal Team supports the rest of the SoftLayer departments and assists our customers with questions of a legal nature that pertain to SoftLayer accounts, products and services.  For questions that are not of a legal nature, please contact Customer Support.  For all other concerns, refer to the information below:

  • To report content or activity on our network that you believe should be removed, first refer to our Acceptable Use Policy and then report your concerns to our Policy Enforcement (Abuse) team.
