Once IPv6 is installed, IIS automatically supports IPv6 on
your web server. If a website is currently running when you installed the IPv6
stack, you must restart the IIS service before the site begins to listen for
the IPv6 request. Sites that you create after you enable IPv6 automatically
listen for IPv6.
